For more than 30 years Steven Weber has been the chief executive of an engineering software development company that specializes in civil/structural engineering and design of overhead power lines.
His work includes project programming and conceptual engineering studies, project engineering and design, construction contract administration, and construction management. In field experience, Mr. Weber managed site selection, engineering surveys, detailed design, procurement, subcontracting and construction inspection on electric transmission lines totaling over 2000 miles and substations that provide over 1000 MVA of transfer capacity at voltages up to 500kV.
